Miss Nielsen helped us uncover the truth about Oobleck after reading a Dr. Seuss classic, Bartholomew and the Oobleck. Mixing corn starch, water and food coloring, we had fun playing with this interesting substance. We found that it was as sticky as the story states. We discovered that when it heats up in your hands, it acts like a solid, but when you let it cool on the table, it acts more like a liquid.
